Resource Description
Ensure that technical systems and equipment operate optimally for end users
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise in end-user environments
Solution Implementation: Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality
Documentation: Guides and procedures related to the technologies implemented in end user environments
Training:



In the use of tools to support the end-user environment
Reports: Use, status and incident of systems and services for the end user
Requirements:
Creation of Reports, Dashboards and Data Query.
Script Creation Testing and QA for general end-user configurations
Creation of End User Guides and training for GSC and FSO
Documentation of processes and generation of presentations
Analysis and resolution of problems in end-user environments (Windows 11 / O365 / System Center Client / Intune)
Responsibilities
Present project progress and definitions Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments. Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments. Train support groups
