Responsibilities
Gather requirements from sources of demand and work actively during customer research and discovery, provide inputs to the agile teams to get the work ready, connects "Continuous Discovery" with "Continuous Integration"
Responsible with agile team to slice Potential ideas into smaller pieces of work, identify, find dependencies and risks using a release planning session. Formalize User Stories in Jira with the support of the agile team.
Requisitos Esenciales:
English Proficiency (B2, C1, C2)
Formal education and Work experience on business process modeling
Systems analysis, and documentation of processes.
Project management




Coordination of activities related to systems development and quality.
Soft skills:
Excellent resource management,
Interpersonal treatment,
Leadership, teamwork,
Oral and written communication that contributes to the success of projects in an multidisciplinary environment.
Deseable
Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)
Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a +)
(Nice to have) Jira, Confluence, Slack
