We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Representative to join our team in Monterrey, Actual León (MX-NLE), Mexico.
Responsibilities
Perform basic configuration of desktop, notebook, and printers.
Assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
Travel may be required.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
Basic client service skills.
