Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide technical expertise, resolve complex networking challenges, and support the integration of Teltonika Networks products into customer solutions.

Responsibilities
ill: Attend pre-sales and post-sales in-person or remote communication with local market custom
ers. Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sour
ces. Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D;/HQ and customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challen
ges. Work with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional 3rd-party peripher
als. Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and soluti
Qualifications
of you: Good communication skills, etiquette,

others. Knowledge of Computer Networking, basics of telecommunication systems, and techn
ologies. Fluent in the English l
anguage. Higher or equivalent technical / engineering ed
ucation. Experience working with routers is a
n asset. Capability of working in a fast-paced envi
ronment. Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an ad
vantage. Experience in technical support would be considered an ad
