A fast-scaling technology firm in the Saa S and Digital Product Engineering space, we build scalable backend systems that power real-time data platforms, API ecosystems, and mission-critical enterprise applications for general clients. Our backend engineers design resilient, high-throughput services using modern cloud-native stacks — solving complex distributed systems challenges while maintaining developer velocity and operational excellence. Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale backend services in Python, Node.js, or Go that handle high concurrency and low-latency requirements. Architect and optimize RESTful and Graph QL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend, mobile, and third‑party systems. Implement data modeling, ORM patterns, and query optimization for Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, or Redis to support performance‑critical workloads. Own CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)



to ensure reliable deployments across cloud environments. Collaborate with Dev Ops and QA teams to implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Refactor legacy codebases, improve system observability, and enforce code quality via automated testing and peer review. Must-Have
