Ensure Safety, Hygiene, and Quality in assigned areas.
Manage information systems and inventory.
Follow up on Non-Conformities (Quality and Safety).
Execute production plans according to planning guidelines—delivering orders on time, in the required quantity, with the expected quality and standard cost. Meet weekly production targets.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to solve problems.
Supervise, train, and support direct production staff; coordinate their activities.
Manage timekeeping and personnel control (including internal staff movements by area).
Conduct process audits to prevent non-conformities and identify improvement opportunities in Safety, Quality, Process, and 5 S.
Lead responsible areas and implement improvements and action plans.
