Donaldson is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations while driving a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. In this role, you will oversee one or more production lines, ensuring daily operational excellence by meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You will also coach and develop production teams while fostering a Lean Manufacturing mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and ISO 14001 requirements. - Drive product quality by ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards, customer requirements, and established manufacturing processes.



- Optimize production performance by monitoring key operational metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions. - Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and employee performance while developing team capabilities through coaching and training. - Foster a culture of Lean Manufacturing by promoting 5 S, Gemba, waste elimination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to support business objectives. - Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials while maintaining budget and cost targets.
