Role Description The Budget Specialist of FF&E;, OS&E; is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing budgets related to furniture, fixtures, equipment,



and operating supplies for hospitality and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed budget plans, tracking expenditures, reconciling accounts, and preparing regular financial reports for project stakeholders. The specialist will review vendor proposals and invoices, ensure alignment with budget constraints, and identify variances or cost-saving opportunities. This role collaborates with project managers, procurement teams, and finance to maintain accurate financial records, support forecasting, and uphold company policies and client requirements. The Budget Specialist also contributes to continuous improvement of budgeting processes and financial controls across multiple concurrent projects. Qualifications
