We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. You will work closely with international teams, manage key financial transactions, and support month-end closing activities. Responsibilities
- Control and coordination of postings and payments related to suppliers and subcontractors - Contract approval coordination, invoice collection, and closing documents preparation - Preparation of journal vouchers for Head Office finance team - Invoice processing and allocation in enterprise management systems (1 C, SAP, Oracle or similar) - Review and verification of employee travel and expense reports - Day-to-day communication with Head Office finance team and internal stakeholders (Management, HR, Legal, Accounting, Administration) - Reporting to Finance Manager
