We're hiring: Healthcare Operations Lead (On-site)
We're looking for a Healthcare Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and build strong partnerships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, allied health). This is a full-time, on-site role in (México City).
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a team (people management, performance, coaching, scheduling). - Drive operational excellence (process improvement, KPIs/SLAs, quality, experience). - Partner closely with HCPs on onboarding, training, feedback, and issue resolution. - Collaborate cross-functionally (medical, compliance, sales, IT, finance). - Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance. - Own reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in healthcare operations with team leadership responsibilities. - Strong track record working directly with HCPs. - Bachelor's degree required. - Excellent English; additional languages are a strong plus. - Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change management skills. - Ability to work on-site.
