. You'll work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative, Client Services, and internal ops. You'll manage an Operations Coordinator. Make Click Up the single source of truth for ownership, priorities, and timelines Build onboarding, training, and knowledge systems that scale with headcount
Put AI and automation into the real workflows: reporting, documentation, onboarding, task management, communication Research, test, and ship emerging tools, then drive adoption across teams Develop the Operations Coordinator into a multiplier who runs real workstreams
