Remote Legal Assistant – Social Security Disability We are hiring a Remote Legal Assistant to support Social Security Disability cases for a U.S.-based law firm. The idóneo candidate will have:
At least 6 months of experience in Social Security Disability law
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to review medical records, draft legal documents, and assist attorneys in hearings
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Responsibilities include:
Assisting attorneys in Social Security Disability cases
Preparing and reviewing legal documents and filings
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and government agencies
Conducting legal research and compiling case evidence
Managing deadlines and ensuring timely case updates
