As a Strategy & Operations Consultant to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem‐solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.




Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English.
Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
2–3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles
~ Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analysis
~ Strong analytical skills + advanced Excel
~ Excellent communication & storytelling (English C1+)
