Fortrea is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to own the clinical delivery of trials within a general, matrixed environment. You will partner with the Project Manager and functional leads to ensure successful clinical delivery within contractual and budgetary requirements.
You will oversee clinical and site management aspects, drive strategic direction, manage risks, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements while leading high-performing teams.
