Education & Experience: Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Overall Experience: 6–10 years of solid experience in software development.

Leadership Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams.

Cloud Native: A proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications.

Methodology: Deep experience in Agile + DevOps environments with high CI/CD maturity.

Proficiency in Core Languages: Java, Node.js, or .NET.

Deep AWS Services Knowledge: Infrastructure as Code and serverless patterns.

Advanced SQL/NoSQL Data Management.

Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills.

Proven Decision-Making & Stakeholder Management Capabilities.
