Lead a Plant Transformation in a High-Volume Automotive Environment
An established Tier 1 automotive supplier with approximately 1,200 employees is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Logistics Manager to lead a critical operational improvement programme at its Monterrey manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and has a proven track record of stabilising logistics operations, improving material flow, and driving sustainable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all plant logistics operations, including warehousing, internal logistics, line feeding, and material flow.

Improve inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and material availability.

Optimise supermarket, milk-run,



and line-side replenishment processes.

Reduce shortages, premium freight, and logistics-related production disruptions.

Develop and implement robust logistics KPIs and operational standards.

Coach and develop logistics teams while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Supply Chain functions.

Requirements

Extensive experience in plant logistics within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.

Strong background in warehousing, internal logistics, and line feeding operations.

Demonstrated success in turnaround, operational excellence, or plant recovery assignments.
