Responsibilities

Lead inbound, inventory control, and outbound operations

Ensure safety, quality, and operational compliance

Optimize warehouse performance and efficiency

Support employee development and engagement

Resolve shipment discrepancies and maintain inventory integrity

What we're looking for

Warehouse operations experience (1-2+ years)

Team leadership or supervisory experience

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset





Microsoft Office proficiency

English proficiency

Bachelor's degree preferred
