We're looking for motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to turn conversations into appointments, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.
This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do Make 125+ outbound calls per day
Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments
Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare
Build trust and rapport with patients
Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy
Accurately document every interaction
Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals
Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements




Hours of Operation Monday To Thursday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Schedules will fall within these operating hours.

Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
16 GB RAM
Dual monitors
Webcam and headset
i5 processor and up
Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)

Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who Is fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Has outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience
Is confident speaking with people throughout the day
Enjoys working toward measurable goals and KPIs
Can multitask between multiple systems
Is organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Communicates with empathy and professionalism
Preferred Experience Appointment setting

Call center experience
Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software
