Head of Technical Sales Mexico | Future Country Leadership Industrial Technology | Greenfield Build-Up | P&L; Leadership

Our client, a leading European manufacturer of high-performance industrial components is seeking an entrepreneurial, technically accomplished Head of Technical Sales and Business Development to establish and lead its new Mexican subsidiary.

This strategic greenfield mandate requires a strong technical-commercial leader able to build the business from the ground up —developing the market, acquiring key customers, establishing the local organization and assuming full P&L; responsibility.

Define and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico.
Drive new business and develop key accounts across automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and broader industrial sectors.
Build an effective after-sales structure covering technical support, spare parts and customer service.
Assume full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, revenue and profitability.
Recruit, lead and develop the local sales, service and administrative organization.

Technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering,



or a related field.
Proven success in complex B2B sales, market development and key-account management.
Strong technical understanding of machinery, industrial equipment or engineered components.
Adecuado previous track-record with P&L; responsibility and solid commercial judgment.
Network within Mexico’s automotive or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
Experience within a European industrial SME is highly valued.
Interculturally savvy, fluent Spanish and English.
