Location: Mexico (Travel Required)

Our client is a integral company specialized in industrial machinery and laser cutting systems for the metalworking industry. They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced laser cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines at customer facilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot PLC and CNC systems
- Provide technical support and follow-up with customers
- Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Support customers during equipment startup and service calls

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering

- 3–5+ years of experience in field service engineering




- Experience with laser cutting machinery preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Advanced English

Technical Knowledge

- PLC and CNC systems
- Automation
- Electrical and mechanical systems
- Laser electronics
- Reading technical drawings and schematics

Additional Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Passport and US Visa
- Ability to travel within Mexico, USA and Canada
- Availability to travel Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills
