## Human Resources Business PartnerGuadalajara, MexicoApply NowFind out how well you match with this jobJob IDR ****Purpose Statement:****The HRBP acts as the strategic liaison between HR and senior leadership teams within a specific function, business unit or region to develop and implement predominately medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy.****Key Job Accountabilities:***** Enable leaders to support the talent and organizational performance needs, including talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, and employee engagement.* Ensure effective communication and change management strategies for organizational talent programs, human resource policies, and compliance activities.* Optimizing organizational effectiveness through the application of HR processes such as organizational design and strategic planning.* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to People Leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development,



and disciplinary actions.* Identify training and leadership education needs for business units and provide individual executive coaching.****Education/Experience Qualifications:***** Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.****Other Qualifications:***** Oral and written communication skills* Ability to build collaborative relationships* Decision-making skills* Interpersonal skills* Ability to multi-task and prioritize* Ability to work both independently and in group or matrix managed settings* PHR or SPHR certification a plus****Physical Requirements:***** Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
