Delivers the JPH/OPE every day and meets volume attainment according to his area of responsibility. Develops EWO (root cause analysis) and executes countermeasures to eliminate causes. Manages union resources and serves as the only point of contact with union personnel; follows and executes Shop Floor Management. Basic Skills
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics. Experience with ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots. Knowledge of Control Net, Ether Net, Device Net, and PILZ communication networks. Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and Guard Logix PLCs. Advanced knowledge of resistance welding, electric arc welding, projection welding, and laser welding. Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.



Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems. GD&T; knowledge. Knowledge of induction curing systems. Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
