The Ad Ops Associate will be responsible for trafficking and QC of the Video campaigns through Xandr or any other publisher platform as per the client’s instructions. Responsibilities: Trafficking campaigns as per the Insertion Order. Uploading creative to the line items. QC of video campaigns according to instructions. Performing QA for IO, line-item set, and creative assets, including guidelines and restrictions from media plans, publishers, clients, and partner agencies. Understanding of video campaigns and platforms like Xandr. Knowledge of DV and IAS Pixels. Familiarity with the Airtable ticketing system is beneficial. Regularly communicating task status to requestors. Requirements: Exceptional project management and communication skills.



Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Delivering complex assignments within challenging timelines. Proficiency in Excel, including reporting with pivots and VLOOKUPs. Managing procedures, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns. Using data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing ones. Taking responsibility for campaign issues and acting accordingly. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience working with US clients. Willingness to work night shifts.
