Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Technician located in Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the Process Engineering Technician role involves working on the automated equipment for industrial projects ongoing for the different processes across the organization. The role conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, and implementation of equipment or machine improvements across several segments, and reports on daily basis plans in order to prevent any downtime in the line, providing improvements to the process and equipment.
Typical Day
Daily meeting with CFT related to maintenance issues.
Daily meeting related to maintenance issues.
Support / troubleshoot automated equipment failures.
Add new routines for robots, change sequence/points.
Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies.




Add new routines for PLC / vision system.
Perform preventive maintenance to automated equipment.
Experience & Qualifications
BA/BS Electronics.
Advanced PLC knowledge.
Advanced electronics / control knowledge.
Advanced vision system control knowledge.
Advanced industrial / cobot robot knowledge.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
Develop preventive maintenance process for the automated cells.
