We are looking for a Software Engineer Manager to drive the technical direction of our vendor squads In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between architecture, product, and development teams—ensuring top-tier code quality, security, and scalability across Backend, Frontend, and Dev Ops.
Role Objective Your mission is to align vendor teams with our architectural standards, establishing best practices in coding, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure to deliver seamless, secure, and highly available services to both internal and external users.

Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Overall Experience: 6–10 years of solid experience in software development. Leadership Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams. Cloud Native: A proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications. Methodology: Deep experience in Agile + Dev Ops environments with high CI/CD maturity. Proficiency in Core Languages: Java, Node.js, or. NET. Deep AWS Services Knowledge: Infrastructure as Code and serverless patterns. Advanced SQL/No SQL Data Management. Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills. Proven Decision-Making & Stakeholder Management Capabilities.
