Come build your industrial accounting career at SINBON MX, a manufacturing operation in San Luis Potosí. We are seeking a sharp, highly motivated Accountant with a strong foundational "sense" for numbers and system logic. This role is adecuado for a professional fresh out of a "Big 4" or top-tier public accounting firm who wants to transition into corporate manufacturing by owning the Accounts Payable (AP) and core operational accounting cycles. We will fully train you on our internal ERP operations, plant cost tracking, and corporate workflows. For the right candidate, this role offers a direct track to rapid promotion as our department expands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable (AP) & Core System Operations
Full-Cycle AP Ownership: Manage the day-to-day processing, review, and accurate recording of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and plant utility costs within our specialized ERP system (Tiptop).
System Control Mastery: Learn our ERP sub-ledger modules to ensure that daily Accounts Payable (AP) transactions are executed within their proper parameters and strictly tie back to the corporate Balance Sheet.
Vendor & Cash Flow Support: Assist with vendor communication, track payment due dates, and support senior leadership in preparing payment batch releases and monitoring cash disbursements.
General Ledger & Reporting Support
Reconciliation Support: Learn and assist with the full-cycle reconciliation of the Trial Balance (TB) and General Ledger (GL). Over time, you will be trained to identify, investigate,



and fix ledger discrepancies independently.
Reporting Assistance: Support senior finance leadership with the preparation of monthly closing papers, VAT data compilation, and corporate financial reporting packages.
Process Learning & Continuity
Documentation: Help document and update step-by-step AP and accounting workflows to keep the plant's finance department running efficiently.
Compliance: Ensure all daily transaction processing and vendor invoicing adhere strictly to internal control procedures and Mexican corporate tax parameters.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience Blueprint: 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or public audit. Experience working at a "Big 4" or mid-tier accounting firm is highly preferred and a massive advantage.
Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (essential for communicating with corporate leaders and HQ).
The "Accounting Sense": A strong grasp of standard debit/credit logic, excellent attention to detail, and a clear understanding of how sub-ledgers interact with the main financial statements.
Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)
Basic familiarity with manufacturing environments, inventory control, or basic VAT data preparation.
