Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Drive effective implementation of the compliance program through the business in all applicable regions including but not limited to, Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica.
- Establish strategies for communicating policy changes and ensure that training and other relevant materials are updated accordingly.
- Provide hands-on support for employees in answering compliance-related questions on policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring, audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct quarterly compliance ride alongs with sales representatives in Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica.
- Assist in designing and implementing efficient and effective FCPA controls throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about emerging compliance trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the financial industry.
- Help with special projects and other assigned duties.





The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in English, Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese will be an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate current working knowledge of various rules, regulations, and industry guidance relevant to healthcare compliance.
- Strong familiarity with components of compliance programs; specific experience in training, communications and/or business process development.

• Great interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally

• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence, and discretion.

• Ability to be proactive, exercise judgment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Excellent critical thinking skills: ability to work through complex issues, including those with significant strategic risk to the company.
