Role Overview
The role of the On-Boarding Consultant is to work directly with a customer in a consulting fashion to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements analysis for the successful implementation of their purchased solution(s). This role will be within the On-boarding team where responsibilities will be shared with the Project Manager (on Enterprise projects), Product and Integration Specialists.

Qualifications
The successful candidate wil
l have:Exceptionally high organizational and time management
skillsExperience with SaaS products highly de
sirableExperience working in the hospitality sector with a focus on restaurants or
hotels.Ability to identify problems and opportunities as well as offer or implement actions and solutions.Proven ability to effectively manage work across teams and disciplines
An ability to influence others through effective communication and negotiations
Multi-lingual is an asset (Spanish and English mandatory, French highly desirable)
Skills:
Project Management experience or certification desirable
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent personal organization skills and attention to detail
Strong people skills. Ability to work well with a diverse multi-cultural environment
Willingness to work adaptable hours on different time zones (LATAM)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritize and adapt in a rapid growth environment
