Why this role is different
We are not looking for someone to simply answer leads and close them.
Were looking for the person who will design, build, and grow with our sales system the funnel, the CRM, the scripts, the response times, the reporting, and the metrics. We already have demand, a strong brand, and an operations team. What we need is someone with the judgment and opinion to add to the team.
If your experience is only taking inbound leads and calling them back, this role isnt for you. If you have built a sales function from zero and can show exactly how you did it, we want to talk.

Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English C1 C2. Every client is American, and some latinos most calls and proposals are in English. This is nonnegotiable and is assessed in the first interview.
[4] years in consultative sales, closing over phone or video.




Demonstrable experience designing and implementing sales processes, not just working inside one. You should be able to walk us through a process you built yourself and the measurable result it produced.
Handson CRM configuration not just usage pipelines, automations, reporting.
Highticket sales or consultative service sales experience.
Availability to work [US Eastern EST] hours.
Availability primarily on WEEKENDS. non negotiable
Highspeed internet, a quiet workspace, and a professional presence on video.
Real autonomy this is a remote role with light supervision and high accountability.
HubSpot at an admin level.
Find and build connections with potential locations for engagement proposals.
