The Technical Proposal Management is a dynamic and
high-impact role that bridges engineering, commercial strategy, and customer
engagement. In this position, you will help shape tailored service solutions
for critical power infrastructure, working closely with customers and
cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven proposals that support the
future of energy.

This position needs daily interaction with the US
costumers.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to
collaborate, solve technical problems, and contribute directly to business
growth while supporting some of the industry's most important power assets.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Develop comprehensive, customer-focused, and competitive proposals
for power transformer services, including installation, maintenance,
testing, repair, and modernization projects.

- Analyze customer requirements and project risks to deliver
technically sound and cost-effective solutions.

- Partner with engineering, project management, logistics,
procurement, and field service teams to ensure proposals are feasible,
accurate, and aligned with customer expectations.

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and sales
teams, providing expert guidance throughout the proposal process.

- Build strong customer relationships by understanding operational
challenges and identifying opportunities to enhance asset reliability and
performance.

- Participate in customer meetings and site visits to gather
technical insights and develop customized service strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance proposal
quality, operational efficiency,



and overall customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to the growth of Siemens Energy's service business by
helping customers maximize the value and lifecycle of their equipment.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

- 5+ years of technical experience with Power Transformer.

- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, estimating, engineering,
field service, or proposal development.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with
the ability to evaluate technical and commercial considerations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to translate complex technical information into customer-focused
solutions.

- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools
such as Salesforce.

- A detail-oriented mindset combined with curiosity, initiative, and
a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the
ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

- This is not a manager position, this role doesn´t have team in
charge.

- A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering
high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.





- Applicant must be eligible to a B1/B2 US visa.
