Your Impact As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation), you will be directly responsible for generating high-quality leads through modern digital channels. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, testing, and continuous optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, SEO, paid social, and conversion funnels. As a Marketing Director at Bridge Solutions Group, you will help develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads and support sales growth. Your work will have a direct impact on lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall revenue performance
What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, and manage digital lead generation campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
Continuously optimize campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality
Develop and improve landing pages, funnels, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase conversions
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with revenue goals




Manage and track leads through CRM and marketing tools
Execute retargeting and follow-up campaigns to improve conversion rates
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For: Experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, and paid social campaigns
Understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, and performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on data
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
English proficiency required
