Motus Integrated TechnologiesAccounting AnalystROLEWe are seeking a motivated Accounting Analyst to join our corporate finance team and will be based in Saltillo, Mexico.
This role supports corporate consolidations, financial reporting, and compliance activities, offering hands-on exposure to core accounting processes within a manufacturing environment.
The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data across multiple systems.
This position will report to the Senior Accounting Analyst and will work closely with the Corporate Accounting Manager and Corporate Controller.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the monthly close process, including preparation and posting of journal entries in accordance with corporate accounting policiesAnalyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts monthly and in accordance with the monthly close calendarSupport corporate consolidations and financial reporting processes across business unitsAssist with internal controls and compliance support,



including documentation for auditsCollaborate with the Senior Accounting Analyst and broader finance team to meet monthly and quarterly close deadlinesMaintain accurate and organized supporting documentation for all accounting entries and reconciliationsAssist in identifying process improvement opportunities within reporting and close activitiesSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests, as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with high attention to detailSolid understanding of fundamental accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, reconciliations)Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamBilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
