DESCRIPTION
KPI monitoring and managing supplier's escalations effectively
Support and track the daily operation in terms of empty container steering and work closely with RCM
Support as a guideline with suppliers for claims processing, monthly account reconciliation, stocktaking and any action related
Provide on-site supplier logistics production support to assure the suppliers logistical line side delivery performance in series
Work on effective problem‐solving tools for the returnable containers process
Guarantees supplier's series delivery with returnable containers
Represents the customer in high stress production critical situations
Perform trainings for new and current suppliers inside the systems, processes and customer's requirements
Execute audits at supplier's location to validate the process and its compliance
REQUIREMENTS




Bachelor's degree S upply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial engineer and/or related
3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions
Supplier management
Knowledge of OEMs standards
Process audits
Cost, penalties and claims management
Handling of KPIs
Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics
Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

Willing to travel within Mexico
