The role involves coordinating customs operations across maritime, air, land, and multimodal traffic, ensuring operation profitability and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, according to TIBA processes, customs operations in maritime, air, land, multimodal traffic or as required, ensuring profitability of the operation and client satisfaction.Provide daily feedback and follow-up on consignated operations.Comply with the area operational processes, company policies, and legal guidelines to achieve results established by the Operations Management.Meet the timelines established by Operations Management based on KPIs.Operate correctly and efficiently the services requested by the assigned clients for daily operations.Prevent and, if applicable, resolve problems; review every operation thoroughly (documents, times, processes, etc.) to avoid operational issues.Qualifications3 years of experience with customs brokers or forwarders.Extensive knowledge of Anexo 22 and the customs law.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office,



especially Excel.Intermediate English.Experience handling high volumes of operation ****** per month).
