Overview

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering business and technology solutions. Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement Sessions. Ensure Scrum principles, Agile values, and team agreements are understood and consistently applied.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement Sessions)
- Create an environment that promotes transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate sprint and release planning activities.
- Ensure work is aligned with business priorities and sprint objectives.
- Support teams in achieving predictable and sustainable delivery commitments.
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams, programs, and stakeholders.




- Facilitate resolution of organizational and cross‑functional challenges.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
- 5+ years of experience serving as Scrum Master for technology and/or business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience coaching teams and leaders through Agile adoption and maturity journeys.
