Accountant - Record to report
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented R2R Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end closings, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards.
You'll work in a fast-paced, bilingual environment, collaborating with international teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting.
Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards).
Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle,



NetSuite).
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A;, and tax teams.
