Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceDevelop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activitiesBuild and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with production priorities and business requirementsPrioritize maintenance work based on safety, reliability, operational impact, and business needsManage maintenance backlogs and ensure work orders are properly scoped, classified, planned, and scheduled before executionCoordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts, materials, tools, and external servicesSupport Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and maintenance performanceAnalyze maintenance history, equipment data, and key performance indicators to optimize maintenance strategiesPlan and coordinate maintenance activities associated with shutdowns, major overhauls, and engineering projectsMaintain accurate maintenance records within SAP and ensure proper work order closure, documentation, and cost allocationWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field2–4 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, reliability, or maintenance operations within a manufacturing environmentExperience working in food manufacturing, food ingredients, chemical, or process manufacturing industriesKnowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologiesExperience planning maintenance activities, shutdowns, and equipment overhaulsKnowledge of reliability principles, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferredIntermediate English proficiency, both written and verbalStrong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem‐solving skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
Experience supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, or reliability improvement initiativesKnowledge of spare parts management, inventory optimization, and maintenance materials planningExperience working in highly regulated food, ingredients, or chemical manufacturing environmentsWhy Choose Us?
