**Senior Tax Accountant**

Manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to oversee local tax compliance, inventory and fixed asset control, and financial coordination with corporate headquarters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or taxation, preferably within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and local compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, AX or similar
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent Spanish and working-level English
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and file local tax returns, including VAT, Income Tax (ISR), payroll taxes and other statutory obligations
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and local authorities during audits, inspections and tax reviews
- Identify tax risks and propose corrective or preventive actions
- Execute local banking transactions and authorized payments
- Manage on-site fixed asset control, movement tracking and reconciliations




- Supervise inventory counts, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
- Support monthly closing activities, audits and reconciliations with the corporate finance team
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Gross monthly salary of MXN $32,000-$35,000 depending on experience
