Key Responsibilities
- **Supplier Monitoring & Risk Mitigation**: Track the flow of critical parts through supplier manufacturing shops, from raw materials to final shipment, to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Identify causes of delivery delays and implement recovery plans to bring shipments back in line with customer requirements.
- **Expediting & Reporting**: Monitor production operations, track part delivery status in real-time, and provide daily status reports to stakeholders.
- **Supplier Collaboration**: Build relationships with suppliers to improve performance and solve logistics crises.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards
