We are currently looking for an experienced **Cook** to join a high-end hotel in Montenegro for the upcoming season.
This is a great opportunity for culinary professionals seeking international experience in one of Europe's fastest-growing hospitality destinations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Cook or similar
- **English (B2 or higher) - mandatory**:
- Experience working in high-volume or fine dining environments preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- Availability to relocate to Montenegro
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of wood-fired or gas pizza ovens
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation to guarantee consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service




- Assist in inventory control and ingredient management
**Required Skills & Knowledge**:
- Expertise in mediterranean or italian cuisine
- Knowledge of high-quality ingredients
- Experience with **wood-fired ovens** is highly valued
- Ability to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
