We are seeking a talented **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our **Cummins** in **Ciudad Juárez.

**Job Summary**:
Contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while contributing to teams.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Support the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business goals.
- Contribute to project execution by supporting planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues in collaboration with different teams.
- Assist in budget tracking, risk identification, and overall project analysis using quality tools.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and share key learnings to support continuous improvement.
- Follow all safety procedures during implementation and daily activities.
- Reporting the implementation progress to the Management.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:




- More than 2 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer preferably providing support to maintain operational stability on the production floor.
- Experience in machinery implementation and new process development.
- Experience in manufacturing documentation processes, including **FMEA, Control Plans**, and process documentation.
- Experience managing purchase orders and supporting procurement-related activities.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a global environment.
