POSITION OBJECTIVE

Provide HR tools to leaders that support employee experience through KPIs and follow up for better decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Onboarding follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid)
- Support offboarding process (resignation letter, checklist, technician exit interview)
- KPI Generation and follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid, turnover, absenteeism, low performance)
- Administrative activities for temporary compensations
- Disciplinary policy follow up
- Dashboard HR

Skills

- Knowledge of Excel
- Desirable knowledge of Google tools
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Organized
- Proactive
- Problem solving
- Autonomous

Education

- Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar.

Language

- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
- English advanced (Min. 80%)
- French or German an advantage.
