YOUR ROLE

- Own end-to-end execution of the Design Change Coordination (DCC) process, from intake to closure.
- Lead impact analysis across BOMs, plants, suppliers, and inventory to ensure smooth implementation of design changes.
- Manage prioritization and execution trade-offs to balance timing, risk, and operational stability.
- Act as escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause resolution and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in engineering operations, supply chain, or change management.
- Experience managing end-to-end processes, cross-functional coordination, and operational performance.




- Strong analytical skills with experience in impact analysis and decision-making.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, BOM management, and reporting/analytics tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding teams is a plus.
- Advanced English.
- Hybrid work model based in Aguascalientes.
- Valid passport and B1/B2 visa required.
