You will collaborate with cross functional teams, provide guidance on best practices, investigate incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that protect employees and support sustainable business operations. Work Location: Reynosa Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. (Able to work overtime)

How You'll Make an Impact

- Support the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and help mitigate workplace and environmental risks.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver training and guidance on safety practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen workplace safety performance.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders and support environmental stewardship initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance health, safety, and environmental outcomes.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in environmental,



health, and safety roles.
- Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
- Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision while managing complex issues and priorities.
