End-to-end responsibility for the management of the MB Original, REMAN, and Star Parts portfolio inthe PC market, as well as ownership of driving growth inthe Over-the-Counter sales channel. Ensure competitive and profitable market positioning of the MB Original, REMAN & Star Parts portfolio for the Mexican market (all parts assortments including. wear-and-tear parts, chemicals, Accessories & Collection, Tires, other local products). Day to day (main tasks):

- Steering of OtC (Over-the-Counter) sales channel, Definition of business targets and steering KPis, Continuous performance tracking and business analytics, Development and implementation of measures to ensure the fulfilment of the defined business targets in close collaboration with District Management team (incl. commercial programs, dealer
- Parts portfolio lifecycle management: Continuous monitoring of MB Original, REMAN and Star Parts market positioning based on competitive analysis and sales performance. Proactive initiation and implementation of price and packaging adjustments to ensure competitiveness while safeguarding margins. Additional tasks for locally sourced parts: Regular validation of supplier strategies and sourcing conditions to ensure an optimal customer offer, business growth, and profitability
- Launch management for new parts introduction in the market: Alignment of price positioning with pricing experts based on market and competitor analysis. Definition of offering logic (incl. packaging). Sales target planning. Provision of required documentation to ITC and Operations to ensure NOM certification, import readiness, and parts availability
- Locally sourced parts:



Development of local sourcing strategies, including negotiation of sourcing conditions in collaboration with the Purchasing team; Definition and alignment of sourcing processes with relevant stakeholders (Logistics, Accounting and Operations)
- Performance Indicators. Net Revenue Customer Pay Over-the-Counter sales channel. Profitability of MB Original Parts, REMAN and Star Parts product portfolio in Mexico. Launch communication to the dealer network.

Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable product management and/or sales function. Prior experience within the automotive industry. Experience in parts trading is considered a strong asset
