Mata Automotive Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong automotive background. You will oversee daily line operations, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple lines.
Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics and HR to resolve issues, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Fluent English (C1) required; IATF 16949 experience preferred; unionized staff supervision included.
