**Position: Recruiter / HR Recruiter**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 to 2 years of experience** as a recruiter
- General knowledge of **Human Resources processes** (recruitment, selection, interviews, screenings, and evaluations)
- **English level C1 or C2** (fluent or near-native) — _mandatory requirement_
- Excellent command of **digital tools and recruitment platforms**:
- Strong **communication skills, empathy, and ability to work toward goals**
