**Responsibilities**:
Create and curate engaging content
- Planning, scheduling and publish a variety of content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, across multiple social media platforms
- Ensure that content is relevant to the target audience and aligns with the brand's overall marketing goals
- Use social media analytics to track the performance of content and make adjustments as needed
- Research, ideation, and planning of content that aligns with the agency's and client's objectives.
- Producing Strategic content to be posted online.
- Schedule last minute images
Manage social media accounts
- Set up and manage social media accounts on various platforms
- Create and maintain social media profiles that are consistent with the brand's image
- Create a monthly calendar with information, promotions or data relevant to the company's audience.
- Creation of monthly reports explaining what needs to be improved or implemented to grow the social networks.




- Search for inspiration and content to create
- Increasing organic reach and appealing to target audiences.
- Measuring key performance indicators.
- Create & Analyze Monthly Reports
Collaborate with the marketing team
- Work with other paid traffic/design team members to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Share insights from social media analytics with the marketing team
- Help to create and implement social media policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on social media trends
- Research and learn about new social media trends and platforms
- Experiment with new social media features and tools
- Adapt social media strategies based on changes in the industry
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or related role
- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
RedNote is a plus!
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- English is necessary
- Strong research skills
