Main Purpose
Ensure the effective, reliable, and continuously improving operation of the Supply Planning process across all Sigma Business Units.
Drive global optimization by strengthening cross‐regional coordination, deploying advanced planning and IT tools, and leading structured change‐management initiatives that enable process harmonization, standardization, and scalability.
Promote the systematic sharing of knowledge and best practices, while building organizational capabilities and ensuring consistent performance across teams.
Lead the evolution of integrated planning by maximizing the utilization of Sigma's resources, capabilities, and infrastructure, enhancing visibility, agility, and decision‐making quality.
Support the company's long‐term integral strategy by ensuring efficient, cost‐effective supply planning practices that sustain competitive advantage and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields.




Advanced English - it's a must.
Previous Experience - minimum 4 years - in CoE roles, SCH operations
Must be able to lead and collaborate with teams from different areas and functions
Abillity to communicate effectively and influence the Leadership Team across different areas, leveraging expertise in the tool and experience gained across multiple countries.
Available to travel - 50% of the time.
