Jabil in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Debug & Rework Subject Matter Expert (SME III) to act as regional technical authority across multiple sites, developing and standardizing repair processes and failure analysis practices to improve quality and throughput.
You will lead continuous improvement, support NPI, monitor KPIs, and coach engineering and production teams to build technical capability and ensure compliance with integral standards. This role requires strong mentorship and IPC proficiency.
